After years of scientific research and development on red dates, the Xinzheng jujube seedlings have been transplanted into Xinjiang. By utilizing the dry and hot temperatures of the Taklamakan Desert in Xinjiang and the day night exchange of air currents in the Altai Mountains, a daily temperature difference of up to 27.8 degrees Celsius is formed. The sunshine duration lasts for 14-16 hours, with 2550-3500 hours of sunshine throughout the year, ranking first in the country in terms of sunshine hours. Due to drought and lack of rain, the advantage of irrigation with Tianshan snow water has been utilized to cultivate nutritious, delicious and sweet farmer's jujube. Farmers adhere to traditional methods, without using pesticides or fertilizers, and take advantage of the favorable climate in Xinjiang to cultivate good products, allowing customers to fully enjoy nature and the taste of sunshine. The original ecological red dates produced from red dates grown under such conditions include unwashed dates, pitted dates, pitted and peeled dates, dried red dates, red date strips, red date powder, red date granules, dates with walnuts, milk dates, sandwich dates, date kernel pies, sesame dates, and other exquisite packaging and gift boxes.
